Outsourcing
















I love Tech Support! I guess I have been very lucky because I always get the help I need whether it's DirecTv, the phone company, HP, etc... Sometimes, however, the person is not from the USA and has a heavy accent - usually Indian or Pakistani. I must say when they slow down not only do they speak impeccable English but they are polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I know, unfortunately, that jobs for people here in the USA have been lost to this outsourcing but at least the ones I have spoken to are helpful.
