Holding...


Had to call Verizon yesterday; I am always amazed that I hardly ever have to wait longer than a couple of minutes on hold. Every other call center it is forever on hold. Anyway, I was delighted, yes...delighted, with how quickly they were able to help me and... get this...in a very friendly manner. What's happening? Is customer service improving? Will I find this the same when I call some other company? Be still my heart!
