Who really understands the stock market? Lots of people claim they do but in the end they are usually wrong. They make all kinds of predictions, mostly to scare people. The political atmosphere seems to have people buying/selling -- ever changing. You can't figure out why people buy or sell; pay attention for one or two weeks and it never really makes any sense.
