It has been many, many years since I have eaten a freshly cooked lobster tail with clarified butter. Yum! The only thing that I didn't like was knowing, before it reached my plate, that a chef was dropping a live lobster into a pot of boiling water. I did my best to not think about it but the truth is the thought/guilt was always there. I guess it was due to the proximity of time from the pot to my plate. This episode in my life has not reoccurred for a long time due to the price of the meal; and I'm glad of it.Cartoon provided by: Reader's Digest
