The most important time for Christians is Easter. Today, Ash Wednesday, begins Lent - 40 days before Easter Sunday - the Resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. This is a time to contemplate our sin and turn from it and ask forgiveness. Of course, one doesn't have to wait until Ash Wednesday to ask forgiveness for our sins - we can do this at any time. God is always listening and Jesus died for our sins so that we might have a personal relationship with Him and God. How do people get through life, which can be extremely difficult and painful, without Jesus and His Father? I know I certainly couldn't.Wednesday, March 9, 2011
